Knights Inn Aiken

Lots of people enjoying the pool, very clean.made reservations on line. Had no where to put in I had a small dog. When I checked out clerk said the would bill me later. Made me feel as though I tried to sneak him in. He was very visa le the three days we were there. I take full responsibility. But he gave me no chance to explain. The security guard took my grandson he was not allowed to have a drink at the pool, while he was holding a beer. That was kind of strange but, we laughed it off

Clean, friendly. I came down for a funeral. Me and my 19 month old baby. We were 3 hours early from check in and the man made the housekeeper clean our room right away rather than sending us away. I don't understand all the bad reviews. Didn't see any spiders or roaches, staff was friendly. As far as pool and breakfast it's not the hotels fault covid restricted those. I would recommend if you need somewhere to stay cheap. No complaints.

As a guest here I know the housekeepers do their job really well in a timely manner. The rooms are cleaned to perfection and stocked daily. If the guest weren't so disrespectful and nasty in the rooms and treat the rooms with care and cleanliness the rooms would look better and it would be a better stay for the guest. There aren't any bedbugs or other bugs in any of the rooms. The rooms have been treated for all bugs. The owners are updating the rooms with new beds, TVs, refrigerators and microwaves. The staff is kind and the services they give are great. I would recommend everyone I know to get a room here.

We have stayed at the Knight's Inn twice now and have had a great experience both times. The rooms were very clean with new carpeting and other fixtures (I believe renovations were dine around 2016) The bathrooms are fairly small, but are clean and really nothing to complain about! Every room has a fairly nice TV, mini fridge, and of course the usual hairdryer, desk, and everything you would normally expect in a hotel room. For the price you absolutely cannot beat it.

Not only did they have availability when nowhere else did, but they also didn’t take advantage of my desperation with inflated prices. What really made the difference was the **staff**. **Marie** at the front desk ensured I was comfortable despite limited room options. When I had an issue with my toilet, the maintenance man **immediately** came to fix it. And **Cristal** (I believe that was her name) from housekeeping went above and beyond—checking on me, bringing fresh towels, and even a clean blanket. She was so warm and friendly, making me feel like a priority despite the circumstances. For the price and the kindness shown, I couldn’t have asked for more. This isn’t a luxury resort, but the **genuine care** from the team made it better than any overpriced stay elsewhere. On future trips (planned, thankfully!), I’ll be booking here first—both for the affordability and to see the wonderful staff who looked out for me. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

We called the hotel that evening to schedule our stay and the manager took it upon himself to ready our room. I will say that some of the rooms are being renovated and he put us in that room. It had a very strong fresh paint odor.

Motel alot cleaner than other knights inn. Marie the lady over housekeeping was so nice and helpful. She had us check room and if wasn't satisfied she was gonna switch. Very great customer service from her. People like her is what the other knights inn need for her great customer service. 5 stars Marie

Everyone was really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was really close to everything. Very convenient. Thanks guys, see you next year.
